Booking Terms & Policies

This agreement is between Cootering LLC and the undersigned Client.

Client shall present a $300 booking fee to schedule Cootering LLC at an event venue.

Cootering LLC will be open and ready for sales for a time period agreed upon between Client and Cootering LLC. Additional time spent at event venue will be at the sole discretion of Cootering LLC.

Cootering LLC will be responislbe for keeping a tally of all sales for the event.

We require a minimum of $500 plus applicable sales tax. We require a $300 deposit to hold the date. The $300 deposit will be credited toward Client’s total amount owed to Cootering LLC at the end of the event. We accept cash, check, debit or credit. Gratuity is appreciated.

Food prices are $10 per plate for 1 sandwich with a side, plus applicable sales tax. If additional options are added, prices will reflect those additions. Food quantities provided on the truck will be at the sole discretion of Cootering LLC.

Cancellation Policy: Client will be entitled to a full refund of event deposit if written notice is given to Cootering LLC thirty (30) days in advance of the event.
